Venix Squero Convection Ovens feature high speed reversible fans that actively circulate hot air around food in the oven cavity. This creates a uniform and consistent temperature that allows for quick baking times and a consistent quality product.

4,6, or 10 Shelves?

There are 3 Venix Squero Convection Ovens models to choose from: 4, 6 and 10-shelf.

All models feature an advanced airflow design and automatic high speed reversing fans that actively circulate hot air around food in the oven cavity. This creates a uniform and consistent temperature that allows for fast baking times and a consistent quality product. The 4 and 6-shelf models have 2 fans. The 10-shelf model has 3.

These commercial convection ovens are also programmable and include automatic pre-heating controls. The 4-shelf model includes 3 cooking cycles. The 6 and 10-shelf models have 4.

Every Venix Squero Convection Oven also includes reinforced door hinges and features a heavy duty, high quality stainless steel body construction that is built for durability.
